Next, Bilbrey dives deeper into the issues that seem to be cropping up with the Delaware County, Indiana, "Mental Health and Rehabilitation Facility" that the County Commissioners are pushing.

BOTTOM LINE: This is absolutely needed in this area! However, the shortsighted Commissioners always focus on what makes them look good at any moment rather than what is good for the community.

Bilbrey discusses several issues that are of great concern. This could be a major screw-up for the Commissioners and the citizens of Delaware County, specifically those needing this facility!

Lastly, Bilbrey gives his thoughts about the bizarre "ongoing" fight between GOOD & EVIL in the City of Muncie, Indiana. This fight is over a City of Muncie Resolution 6-23... (A Resolution to create an ETHICS ADVISORY COMMITTEE which will DEFINE and CREATE a CODE OF ETHICS and an ETHICS COMMISSION tasked with dealing with complaints relating to "Ethics Violations.")

This seems like a "no-brainer," yet Muncie Mayor Dan Ridenour and his crazy sycophants are pushing against it HARD! The Mayor's Administration, along with the Republican members of the City Council and other Republicans throughout Delaware County, are coming at this full force.

The resolution passed its final reading 9-0 during the December 02, 2024, Muncie City Council Meeting. However, the FIGHT AGAINST THIS CONTINUES AND IS STRONG! This, of course, leads to a LOT of questions about why people are fighting this! And why do the people fighting this happen to be Republican!?
