Mitt Romney in Farewell Speech: "I Did Not Achieve Everything I Had Hoped"

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) gave a farewell speech on Wednesday, being that his term is up soon, when he admitted that he "did not achieve everything" he had hoped to do as a U.S. Senator.
