Según los textos del Nuevo Testamento, la EUCARISTÍA es el rito cultural de la religión católica (sacramento y sacrificio) "hace más de 2.025 años" instituido por Jesucristo en la Última Cena, en el que Él mismo se ofrece a Dios y comparte su cuerpo. y sangre en la cual fueron sustancialmente convertidas las especies pan y vino, y es sólo en la única Santa Iglesia Católica Apostólica Romana que TODAS las Santas Misas celebran este rito con la Hostia con la Cáliz "ambos SAGRADOS para los católicos"!!Otra Tradición que existe desde el primer siglo en la historia del CRISTIANISMO, el Magisterio y que tiene como base nuestra Sagrada Escritura en la BIBLIA, y junto con otros documentos SAGRADOS Católicos como la "Patrisitica", es la que TODOS los católicos deben confesar al al menos una vez al año, para preparar la Pascua, y siempre que cometan pecado mortal.
