(DBD) New Killer "The Houndmaster" Lore and Gameplay

So in this video I read through the Houndmaster's Lore, and do a couple of test games with Bots to try her out. The first game didn't work too well as I had trouble with getting her "Power" working, but the second wasn't too bad.
