Bad News From God

My fascination with Near Death Experiencers' experiences, is kind of new. I have noticed a pattern in the stories; They almost always re-enforce the traveler's core beliefs. If they are Christians, Jesus shows up to offer them a second chance. If they believe in UFOs, (or have seen "Independence Day" too many times) they might meet the Bug, or maybe Lizard People or the Serpent from the Garden of Eden.

The NDE's almost never return with stories or messages contrary to their beliefs or best interests. We'll provide examples in today's episode.

(We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
