Parts of Main Street stay closed, State of Emergency extended through July in Ellicott City

Over a month since flooding tore through Ellicott City, the town is on the rise. Nearly 2 dozen businesses have opened back up but a recent decision by the Howard County Council means part of Main Street could be closed through the end of July.
