Angolan President Lourenco Helps Biden Climb the Steps | Vantage with Palki Sharma

President Joe Biden made history as he became the first-ever American state of head to visit West African nation of Angola. In a viral video, Biden can be seen climbing the steps to podium with the help of Angola President Joao Lourenco. In what seemed to be a cautious move, Lourenco pointed down to the step, and grabbed Biden's arm, guiding him onto the raised red carpet. This could be Biden's last visit to Sub-Saharan Africa before he leaves the office in January.
