Former Sheriff Richard Mack of Graham County, Arizona —Founder and President of the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association— joins The StoneZONE with Roger Stone and co-host Troy Smith, editor-in-chief of Slingshot.news, to discuss the vital role of America’s sheriffs and local law enforcement officials in President Trump’s widely announced intention to mass-deport millions of illegal immigrants who entered our country due to the open border policies of Joe Biden.

Sheriff Mack talks about how border czar Tom Homan can authorize and utilize the sheriffs in virtually every county in America to help enforce federal immigration law. Stone points out that Homan has said that local and state officials who seek to harbor illegals or to block efforts by federal authorities to arrest and deport illegals will be charged with violation of the law under Title 8, U.S.C. 1324.

Stone and Smith also mock recent comments by former Acting FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who said that the president's nominee for FBI Directors, Kash Patel, is “unqualified” for the position. Stone points out that Patel has served as a former federal prosecutor, personally successfully prosecuting over fifty intelligence cases, served as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of Defense, as well as conducting the Russian collusion investigation as Chief Counsel to the House Intelligence Committee under chairman Devin Nunes.

Stone and Smith also discuss comments by former federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, who has a long reputation as a prosecutor for covering up mob murders, hiding exculpatory evidence in the prosecution of Enron, Arthur Anderson, and Merrill Lynch, where Weissmann’s convictions were unanimously overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as his destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice when he erased the cell phone memories of Robert Mueller’s prosecutors when those cell phones were subpoenaed by special counsel John Durham.

Weissmann says he does not fear prosecution because grand juries and judges would have to be convinced with evidence that he violated the law. Stone says several lawyers have already begun compiling that evidence for presentation to a grand jury. “Just as Weissmann was prompting the Biden DOJ with memos and game plans as an outside attorney, many lawyers are prepared to provide Attorney General Pam Bondi with overwhelming evidence of crimes by Weissmann.”
