‘Basically a vegetable’: Jill Biden ‘in control’ of US President Joe Biden

Jill Biden has been “in control” of US President Joe Biden due to his deteriorating mental state, according to Sky News contributor Kristin Tate.
“It seems that Jill Biden has been in control for quite some time now,” Ms Tate told Chris Kenny.
“We have a president of the United States who is basically a vegetable at his point and has been so for a number of years.”
