Info from Licensor: "My son and I were driving home on Sunday afternoon and we spotted this dust devil just before 1:30 pm. This was filmed near Glendale and Litchfield Park, southwest suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona. We were driving south on Litchfield Road, crossing Glendale Avenue. The fence seen on the right side of the road on the video belongs to Luke Air Force Base. The dust devil built up it's size in a barren field west of Litchfield Road and just north of Bethany Home Road. It was traveling east."
