Greensboro Police Cruiser Hit by Amtrak

The incident where an Amtrak train struck a Greensboro police cruiser occurred on November 28, 2024, around 6:50 PM. The police car was parked on the tracks while responding to another accident on Hilltop Road. Fortunately, the officer was outside the vehicle at the time, and no injuries were reported among the train’s passengers or crew.
