3-4 Bean Soup

- 3 types of beans
-1-2 teaspoons of olive oil (to cover bottom of pot)
- 1 onion chopped up sautéed
- 3-4 garlic cloves chopped up sautéed
- 3-4 carrots chopped up(long of round way)
- 3-4 celery stalks ( chopped up)
- 1-2 cups of chopped up ham (if you want)
- 1/2 teaspoon of spices (for taste)
- Add any broth you have on hand or water is fine to cover beans

- Bring to a boil
- Let simmer for 35-40 minutes or until beans are soft
