123/2/24 - BOS decides against righting their wrong

Supervisor Buster Johnson put the rezone up for reconsideration, but gets no help from Travis Lingonfelter, who was against the Peaker Plant before he was for it. PLUS they voted without hearing from the public who had signed up to speak, a possible Open Meeting Law violation.
