Deschedule Earth: Jason Lauve - Hemp Innovator

Nov 30th 2024 Deschedule.earth hosted a Private Sector Digital Hearing to hear the voices of the People in favor of Descheduling Cannabis. The private sector is tired and fed up with Federal Misdirection and control, when the people wanted to attend a fair and just hearing on Reschedule with 70% of the 44,000+ public comments in favor of Deschedule repeal removal off CSA 1970 they took action!

This small volunteer self funded group went to work and created 10 witnesses speakers from the people. The new style of Canna-Community and Cannabis Industry was taking shape this year 2024.

Jason Lauve is considered the innovator and leading light in Industrial Hemp development in the United States of America. He chose to defend his Human Rights and won a Cannabis indictment in 2009. In 2012 co-authored the first successful hemp legislation in Colorado.
