Clean House, III

The Church House
INTRO: The battle is about to intensify as we continue to praise God. He is going to “clean house.”
My house, the Church house, the Schoolhouse, the Greenhouse, the Courthouse, and the White House. God will use many people to do this (in America), especially President Trump and RFK Jr. They are not our Savior, but I believe they are being used of God to “clean house.” The Government of Jesus Christ will be established with Judgment and Justice (Isa 9:6,7). The complete manifestation of the Kingdom of God (the government of Jesus Christ) will not happen until Jesus returns. As alliances form, it may seem confusing as people who once fought with the Marxists-Luciferians are now fighting for our Constitutional Republic (God’s righteousness). We are in transition. Babylon is falling. Rapture pending.

If each of us from Life Song Church have our hearts (my house) in order, the Church House will be in order. To be “in order” means a clean house. It means we are dealing with the sin and selfishness in our lives and not “sweeping it under the rug.” It means we are being obedient to the Holy Spirit.

Church House: It Starts at the Top
According to John Maxwell, churches rise and fall on Leadership. This is because God’s delegated authority flows from the top down. As far as our church structure, the Leaders are held at a higher level of accountability. To whom much is given, much is expected. Titus 1:5-9 gives the qualifications of an Elder/Bishop/Overseer:

Titus 1:7-9 For a bishop must be blameless, as a steward of God, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, 8 but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, holy, self-controlled, 9 holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict.

James 3:1 My brethren, let not many of you become teachers, knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgment.

This “stricter judgment” is not about our salvation. God will judge our “works” to determine how we will fit into His eternal Kingdom. This will determine what level of authority we will walk in as stewards of His Kingdom on Earth. Each church member will also be judged under similar conditions, according to what God has given them; 1 talent? 2 talents? Maybe 10 talents? (Mtt 25:14-30).

Luke 12:42-45 And the Lord said, "Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his master will make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of food in due season? 43 Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. 44 Truly, I say to you that he will make him ruler over all that he has.
Luke 12:48 For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.
Luke 19:16-17 Then came the first, saying, 'Master, your mina has earned ten minas.' 17 And he said to him, 'Well done, good servant; because you were faithful in a very little, have authority over ten cities.'

Titus 2:1-8 “Qualities of a Sound Church”

2 But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine: 2 that the older men be sober, reverent, temperate, sound in faith, in love, in patience; 3 the older women likewise, that they be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things — 4 that they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 to be discreet, chaste, homemakers, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be blasphemed.

6 Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober-minded, 7 in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility, 8 sound speech that cannot be condemned, that one who is an opponent may be ashamed, having nothing evil to say of you.

Statement of Ethics and Conduct

Ethics are the principles of conduct and values that govern the practices of an individual, a group, or a corporation. They are the principles and values that pertain to their lifestyles, their actions, and the actual performance of their purposes—a standard of what they hold to be righteous, virtuous, good, and proper. For a more complete understanding, please see LSC PMA bylaws which form the foundation on which we stand; living the Word of God.

1. Walk properly, the decisions you make determine your direction.
• The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore, let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lust. (Romans 13:11-14)
• For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. See that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. (Ephesians 5:8-21)

2. Walk worthy of the Lord, being filled with the knowledge of His will.
• For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you . . . (Colossians 1:9-12)
• “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.” (James 4:13-17)

3. Walk in the Spirit—bear fruit of the Spirit.
• Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are . . . But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,
longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, against such there is no law. (Galatians 5:19-23)

4. Live by principles and values that pertain to Christian character and conduct.
• Let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ. (Philippians 1:27-28)
• Seek and set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth (the world). (Colossians 3:1-4)
• Put off the carnal things of the old nature and live being renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him. Reject, turn from, and refuse to practice unrighteousness and lawlessness. (Colossians 3:5-11)
• Conduct yourself according to the nature and character of the “new” man. (Colossians 3:12-17)

5. Behave like a Christian.
• Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good . . . (Romans 12:9-21)

6. Conduct yourselves in the fear of the Lord, for you have been redeemed.
• Conduct yourselves throughout the time of your sojourning here in fear . . . being redeemed from your aimless conduct. (1 Peter 1:15-19)

7. Conduct yourselves honorably before the world.
• Conduct yourselves honorably before the Gentiles, that they may by your good works, which they observe, glorify God. (1 Peter 2:11-12)

8. Hate what the Lord hates.
• The fear of the Lord is to hate evil: pride, and arrogance, and the evil way, and the forward mouth, do I hate. (Proverbs 8:13)
• These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him . . . (Proverbs 6:16)

God blesses commitment because it strengthens unity. According to my SFL Bible, godliness can be summarized in 3 words; love, obedience and unity. Jesus said He has given us His glory so we can be one, just as He and His Father are one. Behold His glory!
