Who wants a 2nd Amendment lesson in the LAW?
Let's define the "law".

The law is the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and COMMON LAW.

Living men and women are governed by the COMMON LAW.

Commercialized legal entities are governed by "statutes".

Are you a commercialized legal entity?
Yes and no.

Yes you are, when you don't know what one is, and when YOU the living man, answer for it.

You are not, when you know how to exercise your rights as a living man.

So how did you get "commercialized"?

1. Birth certificate created the legal entity of GIANNA MICELI.

2. The driver's license create the "person of" GIANNA MICELI, which is why I no longer have one nor do I register my private property with the state as there is no LAW that I must.

3. When you open up a bank account, you're the agent for the LEGAL ENTITY. Just look at all your cards and statements. LEGAL ENTITY not Legal Entity (names)

4. Social Security card = LEGAL ENTITY

The legal entity is required for the government "to do business with you" because that's UCC Uniform Commercial Code.

Like can only contract with like.

You are the "agent of" the legal entity.
Your rights are inalienable and thus reserved.

So let's bring this home to 2nd Amendment.

It says what it says and it doesn't say what it doesn't say. It's 100% clear.

Right To Bear Arms.
Not "firearms".
Yes the words matter in legal vs lawful!

The statutes say "person of" and "firearms".🧐
Go read your state gun laws.

Shall not be infringed.
Means "shall not be infringed".

There is no age limit.

There is no conceal carry or not, but it's less drama to conceal.

There is no "if they ask the state for a CCW".
There is no "if the state passes universal CCW".

So where will you get one if you want to purchase as a free living man?

Most of the arm dealers get an LLC from the state, so now they're agents of the state.

They get an FFL (Federal Firearms License)
See the legalese??? Trickery!

Nobody has an obligation to ask the state for the right to open a business and conduct private economic activity.

When you purchase from them, you must show government issued ID, which you volunteered for but had no obligation to get...

So they background check you, and you never ask who are YOU, the FBI & ATF, to check ME, a private sovereign living man?

They work for us, we don't work for them.
They have no charter from Congress to exist.
There were literally unlawfully created.
They are corporations equivalent to Walmart and McDonald's.

So they require a contract TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.
They do that using your LEGAL ENTITY.

The background check comes from the FBI, DUNS # 878865674, and the ATF, another private for profit corporation DUNS #879293116.

DUNS number are proof they are private corporations.

So on what planet do you equate freedom with you having to ask a private for profit corporation for permission to exercise your 2nd Amendment right?

The CCW (license) is BS.
That you have to be over 18 is BS.
Laws regarding types, add ons, etc, is BS.

There are private dealers.
You just have to be in a circle to know who they are.

Nothing about that is UNLAWFUL nor ILLEGAL.

Legal is what you agree to, so if you don't agree to contract with the state via their legal entity mechanisms, you're not doing anything ILLEGAL.
