Independence neighborhood on alert after break-ins

An Independence neighborhood is on alert after thieves broke into the same home for the third time in less than a year. Richard Adams and his wife, Anne, are frustrated and worried it may happen again, but as far as they know they are the only ones who have been targeted in the neighborhood. They have only lived in the house for a year.
