The History of the United States Health Care System: Before and After the 1960s

In this presentation we will study the outcomes and structure of the United States health care system before and after the 1960s. During the 1960s the Food and Drug Administration, Medicare, and Medicaid were all created. We find that after the 1960s the regular increase in the life span of Americans decreased in pace, health care became more expensive, and the bureaucracy of the U.S. health care system drastically increased.
