Vladimir Putin Calls Donald Trump "Smart" Enough to End Russia-Ukraine War | Firstpost America
Russian President Vladimir Putin praised US President-elect Donald Trump as a "clever" and "experienced" politician and expressed confidence that he would be able to put an end to the war in Ukraine. Speaking to reporters in Kazakhstan, Putin also questioned US President Joe Biden's decision to allow Ukraine to use long-range missiles against Russia, saying that it could be an "additional difficulty". Putin also hailed Trump for acting like a "real man" when he survived the first assassination attempt in July. Putin expressed shock about how political opponents targeted not just Trump, but also his family and children during the 2024 election campaign.
