Two Alaska State Troopers, Sgt. Joseph Miller and Trooper Jason Woodruff, are charged with assault after mistakenly arresting an innocent man in Kenai, using excessive force. After reviewing body-worn camera footage, the Alaska Department of Public Safety initiated a criminal investigation and placed both troopers on administrative leave.
