HOW TO MAKE MAC AND CHEESE!

Recipe
MAC AND CHEESE
12 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
6 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz smoked gouda cheese, shredded
3 cups whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon of mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for extra smokiness)
16 oz elbow pasta (cooked and drained)
Instructions:
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted, add the flour, whisk continuously for 1-2 minutes to create a roux. This will help thicken the sauce. Gradually pour in the milk while whisking constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Continue to whisk and cook the mixture until it thickens, which should take about 5-7 minutes. It should coat the back of a spoon. Add your cayenne pepper, mustard powder, and smoked paprika. Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and smoked gouda cheese to the saucepan. Stir until all the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Season the sauce with salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
Combine Pasta and Cheese Sauce: Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked and drained elbow pasta. Gently stir to coat all the pasta with the creamy cheese sauce.
