We are honored to have Lieutenant Colonel B.P. McCoy join us in the podcast (with a second appearance by Brian Barrett.) B.P. is a retired Marine officer who served numerous missions, including the siege of Baghdad. He is the author of The Passion of Command: The Moral Imperative of Leadership, in which he illustrates the proper preparation, poise, and planning of an infantry officer. In this conversation, B.P. shares many lessons regarding the mental posture needed to prepare oneself for success in critical ventures, especially if others are placed in your care.
