CINNAMON-RAISIN BREAD PUDDING
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter/margarine
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
5-6 cups bread, cubed
1/2 cup raisins, optional
In a saucepan warm milk and sugar, add butter/margarine and stir until melted. Set aside and let cool.
Mix together eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
Cub the bread and place in a greased baking dish. If adding raisins, layer bread and raisins
Combine cooled milk and egg mixtures together
Pour over cubed bread, let the bread soak up the wet mixture
Bake 350* - 40 to 45 minutes

CINNAMON SUGAR BREAD FRIES
6 cups bread crusts, sliced
4 tablespoon butter/margarine
5 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cut bread into strips
Place in a large bowl
Melt butter/margarine and drizzle over bread, toss bread to distribute butter/margarine
Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle half over bread, toss together and add the remaining half, toss again
Spread single layer over baking trays
Bake 350* for 5 minutes, turn bread and bake another 8 minutes

CARAMEL BREAD BITES
2 slices of bread, cubed
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter/margarine
3 tablespoon milk
Cub the bread and toast it till crispy
In a heavy saucepan put sugar and water. Sugar will melt into a liquid, you may have to gently stir but do not have sugar hit the side of the pan.
After Sugar is starting to have a nice caramel color add butter/margarine and milk
Stir constantly
Remove from heat and add cubed bread, toss together
Spread on baking dish to cool,
