Nu Style on the Block

Today, my friends, we begin our Nu-Jack-Style of presenting these episodes. As your humble vagabond tends to explain, over-explain and re-explain, (mostly for my own comprehension), everything will be explained within this and following episodes. They are more concise, and more compact and thus a shorter attention commitment to some new kids that might want to absorb the scene.

It's a work in progress, as usual. Your feedback is encouraged and appreciated. The nu-neo-format will allow us (The Trinity) more time for "specials" and perhaps some exclusive content to justify a paid subscription. I usually cringe when I think about merchandising the work. However, it's eventually going to have to feed the vessel.

Because we largely produced these episodes en route and on vacation, some familiar segments might be missing. An oversight. They will return.

YouTube: [The Gymmy Jamm Season 10] Functional Fall. Deadlifting is still a thing, however we sustained what we deemed a nerve injury that we are still recovering from. (We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
