Syria fighting: Opposition fighters enter Aleppo after eight years

It's the first time they've entered the country's second-largest city, since government forces recaptured it in 2016.

The monitoring group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says at least 277 people - including more than 20 civilians, have been killed since the latest offensive began on Wednesday.
