Weather manipulation is used for many horrible things, such as land owners being forced to give up their land (eminent domain. As humanity control the weather, how does God feel about their messing with His creation? Major concerns are that if you can manipulate the weather, you can control food and where people want to live. Isn't that a scary thought? What happens when you mess with climate?
