While the food at the Wachusett Food Truck Festival was undeniably tasty, the long wait times put a damper on the experience. With so many people eager to grab a bite, lines moved at a crawl, leaving us more hungry than happy at times. The scenic mountain backdrop and lively atmosphere helped, but better crowd management would’ve made it much more enjoyable.
