Ken Paxton sues Austin homeless center for 'threatening' a community

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing a Central Texas homeless center for allegedly "operating as a common nuisance in violation of Texas law," according to a release. Paxton claims the Sunrise Homeless Navigation Center in Austin is a “magnet” for drugs and crime.
