Phillip Schneider was the first real whistleblower. He attempted to let the world know what we are about to find out. He tried to tell people about the obsessive and large financial contributions to black budget programs. Billions gone with no oversight or way to track it. There was something else that absolutely rubbed this patriotic American the wrong way.
