Cruelty Squad's Disgusting Final Message

I played Cruelty Squad and now I am waiting for Pyrocynical to upload.

Cruelty Squad is the disabled child between Hitman, UltraKill and that other game I couldn't afford. This kid was left to die but somehow it mutated. What does this game have to say?
