Flags In 2014 Timelapse

Prior to every Memorial Day weekend, Soldiers from the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment "The Old Guard" conduct a solemn tradition known as "Flags-In", placing a flag in front of every tombstone in Arlington National Cemetery.
