Stalled Driver SLAMMED on Cam

WOODBURY: Eastbound I-94 & I-494 - State Patrol responded to this crash after a driver apparently having mechanical issues was rear-ended at high speed while stopped in a lane of traffic. One person was transported by paramedics with apparent non-life-threatening injuries.
