Police Confront Armed Triple Killer

Video of Saint Paul officers confronting a man who is alleged to have carried out a triple homicide at a Minneapolis homeless encampment. Officers were called to the 400 block of Pierce Street on Oct. 28, 2024 on a report of shots fired. They eventually located the suspect near Snelling and University avenues.
