Local man collects used pens, school supplies to help students in dire need in the Philippines

We know all about less than ideal school conditions. But as bad as it is here one local man is on a mission to help schools in the Philippines where in some cases things are so bad, several grades are put in the same classroom with one teacher and students are sharing books and running out of supplies.
