Missiles struck Lutsk, Lviv, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, Kyiv, Rivne, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, and Dnipropetrovsk region.

Many regions report problems with electricity:

- In the Lviv region, 523 thousand households have been cut off from power.
- Zhitomir is without power, reported by local utilities
- Emergency power outages have been introduced in the Carpathian region
- In the Rivne region, 280 thousand households are without electricity, the authorities reported. Rivne schools switched to distance learning.

- In Ivano-Frankivsk region, emergency power outages have also been introduced due to the arrival of air strikes at critical infrastructure facilities, OVA reports

- In the Volyn region, 215 thousand households were left without electricity after the night shelling of the power plant, OVA reports.
