2 Corinthians - Chapter 10 Summary:

In 2 Corinthians chapter 10, Paul defends his apostolic authority and ministry against those who challenge his credentials and accuse him of being unimpressive in person compared to his boldness in letters. He emphasizes that his authority comes from God and that his ministry is conducted with spiritual weapons, not worldly ones, to demolish arguments and take every thought captive to obey Christ. Paul warns against judging by outward appearances and asserts that his mission is to build up the church, not tear it down. He concludes by reminding the Corinthians that boasting should only be in the Lord, for it is God’s commendation, not human approval, that truly matters.
