Memphis passed a firearms referendum on November 5th. It actually passed 3 of them. Those referendums have landed them in court and tonight we have Richard Archie of the Tennessee Firearms Association with us to discuss the lawsuit., how they are involved, and what you can do to help. We also talk about corruption, ways to address it lawfully, the Covenant Manifesto, the Tennessee Sheriff's Association and more!

C. Richard Archie is the West TN Director and Board Member of the Tennessee Firearms Association. Mr. Archie very active in pursuance of the restoration of Firearms Rights in the State of Tennessee, he spends a great deal of time advocating for those at the Legislature and is also dedicated to spreading the original meaning of the Constitutions, both that of the State and Union.
Correction: the Pawn Shop mentioned owned by Eddie's father was not "shut down" they just had their FFL revoked. I misspoke.
