Dr Melissa McCann became a household name in our community and a hero over 1 year ago when she embarked on a very difficult journey She has lodged a class action for thousands of covid vaccine injured and bereaved with the respondants being, but not limited to, the Australian Government, the Department of Health and Aged Care Secretary Dr Brendan Murphy, and the Former Deputy Secretary of Health Products Regulation Group Adjunct Professor John Skerritt.
The Class Action seeks to hold the TGA to account for alleged, “negligence, breach of statutory duty and misfeasance in public office” in its failure to properly approve and monitor the Covid vaccines, resulting in harms to Australians.
The injured have been given a voice by Dr McCann, instead of being ignored, censored, mocked and gaslit by the medical community and government. The following interview is an update of Dr McCann's fight for justice.

The interlocutary hearing is December 2nd and 3rd in the Sydney Federal Court and will decide whether this will lead to discovery. The Court will be open to the public.
The respondants are claiming they do not have a “duty of care” to the Australian public and hence filing to strike the case out.
The overwhelming safety issues were ignored by respondents and the product was mandated and marketed, using coercian, which was against the previous regulations.
AHPRA dropped all the conditions they had placed on Dr McCann's medical licence.
