I broke a lease, in good faith, in that, there is a clause in the lease to terminate the lease which equals one month rent.

No problem.
I shall pay.

However, when it came time to pay, I actually read the clause in the lease and it said, "I may still owe future rent."

HUH?
Then what is the re-let fee for???

So I asked the building bar card attorney.

His only was response was that I was represented by counsel and he could only speak to my counsel.

Um, no you big dope.
We're not in a suit.

The building manager forwarded my inquiry to the building attorney and he won't answer but he CAN'T ANSWER because he's a big dope! 🤣

The time has come for y'all to stop assuming and presuming these people are smarter than you are.

The law is not complicated.

Statutes are complicated.
Statutes do not apply to you.
