Will Boots Ennis and Vergil Ortiz Fight Finally Happen?

Rumor has it that Vergil Ortiz and Jaron Boots Ennis have verbally agreed to fight each other. Fans wanted to see Boots and Vergil fight when Ortiz was at 147.

Now we're hearing this fight will happen. But there's only one problem. This is just a rumor, and there's no contract. I can't get excited and hyped up about a rumor.

Until we have a signed contract and a press conference, it'll be hard for boxing fans to catch the Holy Ghost about talks. Boxing fans have been let down so many times based on rumors.

Don't be surprised if a monkey wrench is thrown into the mix.
