The upper command of the US Military has never handed over their authority to the Biden Administration. The Constitution was the contract between the citizens and government. On Jan. 20 with a failure by Congress to present a full report on the 2020 Election showing that it complied with laws of the Constitutional Republic, the Military began their own 45 day investigation of the 2020 Election. On March 6 the Military determined that there was fraud and foreign interference in the 2020 Election. On March 11 the Military read in Donald Trump as Commander in Chief. They have not announced such to the general public so they could gather evidence, file charges, litigate and prove to the world that there was an illegal takeover of not only the US, but other world governments.
