INDIANA: WARRICK COUNTY ALLEGED INJUSTICE IS ASSERTED AGAINST WARRICK COUNTY PROSECUTOR

INDIANA - WARRICK COUNTY

Cheryl and Ken provide a platform for a Warrick County mother to share her story of injustice currently unfolding within the Warrick County Prosecutor’s office regarding her children. The weaponization of the legal system through political manipulation is unfolding.

The mother tells her heart wrenching story of betrayal and harassment by a system supposedly designed to protect, defend and uphold the law. A Tort Claim notice has been filed against Warrick County elected officials for perceived collusion and violation of her son’s constitutional rights.

The Warrick prosecutor Attorney, Michael Perry, has pursued felony charges against the mother’s son, yet neglected to investigate a documented crime against her daughter. Mr Perry has since recused himself from the son’s case.

The mother, Christina, provides details of her experience with the injustice, and discusses irrefutable evidence that exonerates the alleged crime.

A formal judicial complaint has since been logged against Mr Perry by the mother of the alleged perpetrator.
