The Greatest Invention that Never Saw Light of Day

**This is so cool and extremely innovative.

It is called the Brennan Monorail. It is a train from the early 1900’s that seemed to defy the law of physics.

It was unveiled to the public in 1910 by Louis Brennan, it’s inventor.

The idea was, that using a single rail instead of two, would make trains faster and railways easier and cheaper to build.

It could take corners at great speeds without going off the tracks. The railway would only need half the material to build.

What is the secret to making this work?

At the heart of the train was a Gyroscope that corrected the trains tilt before the passengers would even notice it.

This genius system took the force of the train tipping over and multiplied it against itself to create a train that always wanted to stay level.

His train was so strong that even if every passenger would stand on the same side, the train would stay perfectly balanced.

His prototype was a huge success, but unfortunately investors were not confident in the design.
