Trump nominates Fauci critic Jay Bhattacharya to NIH Director - Nat'l Institutes of Health

JUST IN: President Donald Trump nominates Dr. Fauci critic Jay Bhattacharya to Director of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
Dr Bhattacharya reportedly met with RFK Jr. this week and impressed him with his vision to overhaul the NIH.

According to the Washington Post, Bhattacharya has called for "shifting the agency's focus toward funding more innovative research and reducing the influence of some of its longest-serving career officials."
