Masculine, bold, and smoky. This twist on a Whisky Sour appeals to male enthusiasts. However, female lovers of a good whisky cocktail can also delight in the pineapple note.

Who likes it smoky?

Recipe:
60ml-2oz SCOTCH WHISKY
15ml-1/2oz GRILLED LEMON JUICE
15ml-1/2oz HONEY SYRUP 3:1
PINCH OF SALT
4 CHUNKS GRILLED PINEAPPLE

Muddle grilled pineapple chunks and lemon in base of Shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into ice filled rocks glass.
