CACTUS BLOSSOM FIZZ

Summer is the season of sun, fun, and refreshing cocktails. This Gin Fizz twist is a toast to the summer. With the desert‘s gem: Prickly pear!

Recipe:
60ml-2oz TROPICAL GIN @slothgin
15ml-1/2oz LIME JUICE
15ml-1/2oz HIBISCUS SYRUP
1 PRICKLY PEAR
top up with SODA WATER

Shake first four ingredients with large ice cubes and fine strain into ice filled highball glass. Don’t muddle the prickly pear. Ice cubes and hard shake take care of that.

Top up with soda water and stir briefly before you enjoy your summer drink.
