NW NC at The Treehouse 🌳 New asphalt road and driveway 500’ x 10’ Yancey County Green Mountain

Road and driveway complete. It was previously gravel and post Helene it had deep crevices and large exposed rocks you had to maneuver around. The most important thing is the grading underneath. Small loose rocks and loose dirt allow water to get underneath and cause it to crack. They did a great job grading and compacting it down until it was perfect. Solid and flat. Drains were intact. They came in on time and exactly as quoted $23,050 for 500’ x 10’, all inclusive which was already a great price. We gave them $24k. This and the RV were expenses we planned on when we moved here 40 months ago. Woodby Paving Burnsville NC. Very smooth.
