New Shopping Center Azores Retail Park in Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel Azores Portugal 🇵🇹 - 26.11.2024

The Azores Retail Park represents an investment of 40 million euros and is promoted by the Portuguese business group Vigent.

The future business space will include 11 commercial units and 800 parking spaces, and the promoters expect it to have “a significant impact on job creation”.

During the construction phase, “around 200 jobs are expected to be created, to which 550 direct and indirect jobs will be added during the operation phase”.
