As President Joe Biden concluded an event he spoke at, he rambled incomprehensibly that if you want to "lose all support" from the Coast Guard and that "no one will ever vote for me again" that he "better get the hell out of here," at a "Friendsgiving" event held in Staten Island, on Monday.
