Ephesians 6:10-17 “Suit Up!” 11/24/2024

Finally, after telling us all our blessings in Christ and that we are to walk in the Spirit, how to be a Godly husband, wife, child, employee, and employer.
Then, he tells us that when we seek to walk and live that way, the enemy will attack us.
We do not need to look any further than Job to see that it is true.
So, we need to be equipped for the battle we will face.
The first thing Paul encourages us to do…is to be strong in the Lord.
The Greek word for strong is in the present tense…so it literally means “be strong now.”
The idea is to be ready. We must stay strong in the Lord and be alert at all times because our enemy is prowling around, looking for whom he may devour.
